Can we check in any day of the week?
All Vidanta Resorts check in dates are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for 7 nights. Occasionally they will do mid-week check-in, so always ask if you need a certain day.
What is the maximum number of people allowed in each unit?
Two bedroom suite: 6 adults and 2 children
One bedroom suite: 4 adults and 2 children
Studio: 2 adults and 2 children under 12
How do we secure a reservation ?
We will send you the Resort Confirmation with your check in name and number. After that you will deal directly with the resort for any requests or questions.
Is babysitting available and are there any children’s programs offered?
Babysitting can be arranged during the day and in the evening. Vidanta Resorts are truly kid friendly, with fun children’s programs all day and evening activities as well. There is a Kid’s Club in both Vidanta and the Palace Resorts.
Is there Complimentary Airport Pickup?
Yes, there is Complimentary Airport Pickup for travel to the Resort at all Moon Palace All Inclusive Resorts. Vidanta does no longer provide their shuttle at this time.
Is there an All Inclusive option?
No there it is not currently offered at the Vidanta Resorts but the Moon Palace and Hardrocks are All Inclusive .
Is there a grocery store at the resort?
Yes, there is a small store on property at the Nuevo Vallarta Vidanta. For the Riviera Maya Vidanta the is a huge grocery store in Playa del Carmen about 15 minutes away.
Is there internet access?
Yes, all resorts have internet access throughout the properties – fees and quality may differ between resorts. The All Inclusive resorts are all included ofcourse.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
At Vidanta, yes, there is a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, china, glasses and cutlery. The All Inclusive resorts do not have kitchens ofcourse.
